He quickly accepted President Frank Underwood's America Works program which allowed him to eliminate unemployment in the District of Columbia which Hull mentioned had 40,000 unemployed. - The writers of House of Cards made a factual error when they referred to Hull as the "Police Commissioner". This title does not exist in the MPDC. Barney Hull is the Police Chief.
