Beltway Television is a television channel owned by Gardner Analytics and often stars Melody Cruz.

Melody Cruz is first shown in Chapter 66 where she asks President Claire Underwood about if she would pardon her husband, former President Frank Underwood.

Later in Chapter 68, Beltway Television celebrates the passing of the Shepards Future Act and then questions why President Underwood hasn't chosen Abruzzo for the Supreme Court yet.

Annette Shepherd threatens President Claire Underwood with an exposé on Beltway Television with Melody Cruz in Chapter 70.
