There is talks of deleting the John Scott page. According to the 2012 election page, Walker defeated an incumbent Republican President John Scott. This is never mentioned in the show. However, I feel it should be necessary to keep this. Let our imagination, if not the show, give us a backstory on who the previous President was. Our reality does not fit how Garrett Walker, a Democrat, won the election in 2012 when in reality Obama was being re-elected. So it would only make sense to create a fictional Republican President who by some miracle was able to succeed President Bush.Dcn1989 (talk) 21:18, March 4, 2015 (UTC)Dcn1989

I agree. Probably I revisited the article to objective. Maybe it's really better to extend this Wiki to some non-verifiable sources - the only problem is, that anybody can give any character any birthdate, birthplace, age,... I think it's a good improvement to the Wiki, but there should be a "official" line between spam and non-spam info.

I move to delete all pages linked to George Washington's family tree. Simply put, they are unrelated to House of Cards unless you want to stretch it very, very far. But if we go there, we'll never stop, because it takes place in the real world up until 2013. Now even if they would be relevant, they are of such a low quality they belong here on the Wiki, and this is because they are straight up copies of their Wikipedia counterparts, hence the large number of categories that seemingly come out of nowhere, and endless amounts of red links that lead nowhere. {{SUBST:User:AvatarAang7/sig}} 12:10, April 10, 2016 (UTC)
