In the White House Claire pretends to have anxieties in front of Mark Usher. He decides to invoke the 25th Amendment section 4 and take the presidency from Claire.
Doug visits his former psychiatrist to retrieve Frank's testament.
Jane resides in the White House but decides to move out because she feels a storm is gathering.
Tom questions a guy in a police car about Rachel Posner. He drops the name Lisa Cassie.
Claire meets with Duncan and asks him to lay off on the media attacks on her.
Jane is romantically involved with ICO's lawyer. Duncan receives a dossier revealing he is not Annette's son.
Claire dismisses the cabinet for trying to invoke the 25th and instates an all-female cabinet.
