Echo is the pseudonym of Roy Kapeniak's girlfriend and table dancer.
Biography[]
She was by Kapeniak as Peter Russo paid him a visit, in affiliation with the Williams College Register article, that caused Michael Kern's nomination end as Secretary of State.
She was later contacted by Zoe Barnes, who questioned about Kapeniak's call about the article to her. Echo didn't want to go public, but she said, that in that night of 23rd January 2013, a Congress Representative (later recognized as Peter Russo) showed up by her and Kapeniak, possessed drugs and convinced Kapeniak to go on the record with the Herald's Zoe Barnes, lying to her that Kern wrote the provocative article.
