Joe Badger is a Labour Party MP.
In the House of Commons, he brought up the question of how Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster Geoffrey Booza-Pitt "got his knees brown" and who paid for his last trip to the Philippines, and Pitt responded by saying that it was an essential fact-finding trip funded jointly by his department and the Filipino government. He later started referring to Pitt as "Sooty".
He later egged on the Conservative MP Tom Makepeace to cross the floor and join the opposition after he resigned as Foreign Secretary and stated his opposition to Prime Minister Francis Urquhart's government.
