Penny Guy was the assistant and mistress of Conservative Party public relations consultant Roger O'Neill during the 1980s and 1990s.
Biography[]
Penny Guy was born in England to a black family, and she became the assistant of public relations consultant Roger O'Neill, who worked for the Conservative Party. The two also had a secret sexual relationship, and the two of them worked together to ensure that the Conservatives won the 1990 general election. They were also employed by Francis Urquhart in his plot to incriminate and depose Prime Minister Henry Collingridge, with Guy placing a three-months' down-payment on "spanking mags" in the name of Collingridge's alcoholic brother to make him a security risk. Later, a recording of Guy and Foreign Secretary Patrick Woolton having sex was used to force Woolton to drop out of the leadership contest to succeed Collingridge, allowing for Urquhart to become Prime Minister. Unfortunately, Urquhart would murder O'Neill by poisoning his cocaine, tying up loose ends and depriving Guy of her lover.
