Is the following sentence correct?
"At some point between Seasons 2 and 3, Dunbar is appointed to Solicitor General of the United States by the Underwood Administration."
I think Remy (or maybe Jackie) tells Frank that the Walker administration vetted Dunbar twice--once when they appointed her Solicitor General, and again when they appointed her special prosecutor. The implication is that she remained in office as SG while also taking on the responibilities of special prosecutor. I realize that this would have given her a conflict of interest, since the SG reports to the president (through the Attorney General), but it seems to be the implication anyway. If I'm understanding correctly, the Underwood administration never appointed her anything; they just let her remain in the office of Solicitor General.
