Theodore Billsborough was the Chairman of the Conservative Party.
Biography[]
Theodore Billsborough was a member of the House of Lords for many years, and he became involved with Conservative Party politics. Known for his political impartiality, he became an insider politician and Chairman of the Conservatives, but he was too old, too familiar, and tainted by a thousand shabby deals to become the new Prime Minister after Margaret Thatcher's resignation in 1990. He mentored Michael Samuels, and he was later used as a pawn by the ambitious politician Francis Urquhart. Urquhart informed Prime Minister Henry Collingridge that Billsborough had betrayed him, leading to Collingridge firing him as party chairman.
